For the past year I've had fairly bad wrist pain from using computers.My first major in college was Web Design and it was pretty much required that I use a computer for about 14 hours a day!Aside from school and personal computer use, the job that I work at requires typing and using a computer as well, so using one is unavoidible for myself.I used to have one of those bean filled wrist rests.It did absolutely nothing, and it wound up being used to throw back and forth across the room between me and my roommate.The Fellowes Gel Flex Wrist rest works better then a bean filled one because it is FIRM and stays firm!The bean filled ones sag after you have your wrist resting on it for long periods of time.The Fellowes wrist rest worked instantly when I first used it.Plus, it's pretty and fun to poke it because it's squishy.I highly reccommend it, and I definitely am going to pick up the keyboard rest!
