The 3 rings overlap with each other creating a thickness that does not allow normal 3 hole paper to move easily.I had to double punch my papers to create bigger holes just to get the rings to close properly and my papers don't "flip" easily.I would see if there is a different ring section for the rack system before purchasing these.(The rack system that goes with this is fine).Click Here to see more reviews about: Master Products Mfg.
