I'm on my second one of these, and it does provide good wrist support and help diminish the pain I would experience after long hours at the keyboard.But both of the Kensington keyboard wrist pads I have owned have lasted only a couple of months before the black outer material starts seperating from the base and peeling back to expose the gel material underneath.I wouldn't buy another one and am going to try another brand.Click Here to see more reviews about: Kensington Wrist Pillow Keyboard Pad Black
