This is a great little organizer. I needed my phone up higher off my desk to be able to use it easily. Not only does it keep your telephone and directory conveniently located, it has a slot good for note pads and a pencil holder eliminating the need for a pencil cup and keeps note pads off the desk and out of the way. The only think I would change is that it does not have a back on the directory slot and the book pushes thru the back sometimes.
